The main purpose of this trip was to be with the Saratoga High School Music Department's Europe tour in Belgium and Netherlands. There were three music groups: Symphony/String Orechstra, Symphonic Band, and Choir (Iris played trumpet in both Symphony Orchestra and Symphonic Band) scheduled for total 14 performances in 6 different cities. Another reason for this trip was to visit Linus who spent 2 months in a summer program in Cambridge, UK. So we combined the Belgium/Netherlands tour and London/Cambridge visit into a 2-week-plus long Europe trip for this summer.
